Engineers set their own rates, choose their own projects, and advance through a transparent tier system that rewards quality work with lower platform fees and greater visibility. Enterprises get pre-qualified talent, secure collaboration tools, and audit-ready compliance documentation.

Patrick Cettina
Founder & CEO
Patrick is a PhD candidate at Washington University in St. Louis studying Biomedical Engineering, with research spanning neurotechnologies, neural data analysis, and stroke recovery. He studied Computer Science and Neuroscience at Franklin and Marshall College. Recognizing that the pace of change in software systems increasingly outstrips the capacity of any single team, he designed and built NexusDeploy to connect engineers, enterprises, and individuals with the specialized talent modern production demands.
Our Mission
Enterprise engineering is broken. Companies pay $250-600/hour for Big 3 consultants or gamble on unvetted freelancers. Engineers are either locked into full-time roles or racing to the bottom on gig platforms. NexusDeploy exists to fix both sides: give enterprises access to verified, accredited engineering talent at transparent rates, and give engineers the autonomy and earning potential they deserve.
